Hmmm, camping at Bucksnort?  I've never seen anyone camping there before.  Isn't that a public park with no camping allowed?  I would think it's gets mightt busy around that area during the trout season.  I know someone that has a cabin around that area, she might know who to contact.

Why not stay at Whitewater State Park?  Trout Run is not a far jaunt from the park area.

Sounds like your pretty much right at Bucksnort for sure.  I just don't remember seeing any camping area there, but I could be wrong, which I probably am.  I've seen people there, but usually for day picnics and family gatherings, that sort of thing, just never anyone camping.  I know there are some users on this site who would know a lot about that area, but probably busy fishing the early trout seasons.  Otherwise I'll ask a few people that should know.

You could call the county offices for that area and they should get you in the right direction.  I just don't know who actually owns/runs that park area, someone looking at this topic has to know.

Camping at Buck-snort rings a bell. I think there is a small area on the far side form the parking area. Is it the north side? Sorry I have no Idea who to talk too. What's the nearest town? Probably not a city park aye?

Get your res. early, probably going to be a zoo.
