Greetings to all, I'm envious of the experience all you pros have, but I've always been a big fan of starting something new and learning as much as I can. I've recently given up a hobby, which took up the better part of ten years. I always knew that one day it would come to an end and swore, that when it did, I'd learn to fly fish. Is anyone here willing to drag a newbie along on an excursion just to get aquainted with the process? I won't ever give up your secret fishing eddy to anyone else, and promise to never fish it either... I'll drive, and bring a cooler with a six (five) pack of some Summit Pale Ale's.... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -robbie

I live in Bloomington. I'm thinking of picking up a "starter kit" and giving it a go, but I'm guessing it'd be a "one step forward, two steps back" kinda thing... I'll say this though, I pick up on most things VERY quickly with a methodical approach to any new endeavor. Jim, I'll send you an e-mail with my phone #. Thanks for the reply! -robbie
