Hay Creek  (United States)

 

I am new to the area and live in roberts wi. season doesnt open over here for another few weeks. going to head down to hay creek looking for any tips on where and how to get going. i am use to fishing in the mountains on the east coast. any info would be greatly appreciated.

Try an orange scud or pink squirrel trailed by a small midge larva.   Use enough weight to get your flies near bottom.  Stay out of the water as much as possible and stay low and stealthy.
