Upper St. Croix Smallmouth
 (N/A)
Normal fishing is getting old around here? Missing Alaska and looking to get out the fly rod around here. Love fishing the upper St. Croix for smallies and am purchasing a small drift boat for two. Hoping to run into some fly anglers on here and hit the water. Live in St. Paul but love fishing road trips. Wana get out-give a shout. Cheers Ben

I fish the Upper St. Croix and Namakogan a lot.  Usually up river from Danbury.  There are also quit a few rivers closer to home to fish for smallies with the fly rod.  I like to fish the Mississippi also.  Last summer I bought a 2 man pontoon for the rivers.  It works great.

Well give me a shout if you ever need someone to fish with. I like rowing and watching people catch fish as much as fighting them myself. Never been on the Namakogen but would love to give it a try i have heard good things. I usuallly fish the Croix north of Hwy 70 but its like pulling teeth to get my friends to go.
