Clouser colors?  (United States)

What do some you folks prefer in a clouser color.  I'm starting to whip up some for this coming season and wanted to see what other colors some other people are using.  I know the standard chartruese over white is good, all black, all white, olive over white, red over white.

So anyone have any favorites colors for the clouser if you use them?

In the Sierras in Cali brown and yellow craft fur conehead clausers work great for large and smallmouth along with brown trout.

Re: Clouser colors?  (United States)

Thanks for color combo pack!  I'll experiement with those colors as well.  Sierras is a beautiful place.  I miss it out there.  Even though I grew up in the Valley in Cali, we did make lots of trips to the hills.  But I was too young to drive and didn't do a whole lot of fishing up in the mountains.  Someday I'll be taking my son on a trip back west and do all the fishing that I never got to do while growing up in Cali.

Tight lines!

Re: Clouser colors?  (United States)

Now that I've been out here a little while I've started finding a lot of  great bass lakes that have had up to 15 pounders pulled out.  New exploration is always exciting!

tight lines!
