What do folks around Fargo flyfish for? I assume there is not a lot of stream trout action in that area, but plenty of warm water species.

To answer your question, mostly for trout.  There are enough streams and lakes fairly close by that hold trout.  It's about as much driving to get to a trout stream here as it is for someone who lives in Minneapolis.  Beyond that, It's also only about 8 hours to the Bighorn or the Black Hills, which makes for a decent long weekend excursion.

The good news is that the club has had over 60+ different people attend the first 4 meeting.

Hi Grey and welcome!

Is your club part of the FFF?  I was just curious, because I was thinking about joining the one in the Arrowhead region.  Or is it something that a group of fly fishers and tyers created with the Fargo Parks?

Oh and that sounds like a very intersting club, good job!
