Wade fishing at Coon Rapids Dam Park?

Is wade fishing allowed inside the park below the dam?

Yes.

The easiest access is from the Brooklyn Park side. Lots of fish down there. Sometimes size runs a little small. Smallmouth that is. You can catch just about anything down there though. Black bead-head wooly buggers have been very good.
