Hi everyone, I've been trying to firgure something out now for a while and have rattled my brain looking at maps and trying to figure it out but I just can't seem to. I live in the Mankato area and frequently travel to the Twin Cities. On a lot of these trips I like to take back roads and explore the area between my two destinations. I don't worry about getting lost and rarely look at the map. I have found some pretty cool things over the years but one imparticular has stuck in my mind. I came across a great looking stream on one of the gravel back roads and can NOT remember where it was to go back. I have exhausted every resource trying to figure it out so now I am trying this in case someone else knows where I am talking about. It has stuck in my mind so I'm sure someone else out there likes or knows the spot too. Here's what I remember: It was on a gravel road which was a lot wider than an average gravel road. The stream was wide enough to have a bridge to cross it. The bridge was cement. The stream was about 20-30 feet wide. There were little to no trees around the bridge (more of a field setting). The bridge sides only came up about 2-3 feet so you could fish from anywhere on it. If I remember the road went east and west. The road and bridge appeared to be fairly new. If ANYONE knows where I might be talking about or has any suggestions please either post here or email me at rickman33193@yahoo.com. Thank you so much for taking the time to maybe solve this thing that's been eating at me for months.
