True, the park itself has been closed since the August 18 flooding, but the roads into the WW area (including bridge repairs) have been open since November. So, if you're contemplating a trip that way for winter trouting, you will be able to drive in. The streams, however, are still in disaray in places, particularly the South Branch and the Main Branch near the park itself.
