Did you fish the Middle Branch up past the park or in the park area?
When I was in the area on the first weekend of the Winter season, the water was visibly turning cloudier as soon as the sun hit the valley and fishing slowed down quite a bit, so I can imagine what it did with all the fresh snow and warm temps.

I think we met at Hay. I was the zombie with the spinning rod. You've got more ambition than I. I went down stream to just see what it was like. Dirty Dirty Fast and hi. Nice day tough. I tried a big streamer on the fly rod. Still no luck. This snow should be melted off in a week or so. I think it'll be fishable well within the month. Anyone out there with an educated experianced opinion on when the SW streams will be back in buisness?

Maybe I'll give it a try early next week. I should try for WW. Who knows.
